Animal Hospital Roblox Map & Locations
The hospital is owned by the Animal Corporation, as told to the player by Ron from Accounting and Dr. Harlow. It sits on an 'Asian Highway' route (signed Korea, Japan, China, India, Turkey) and is very likely located in South Korea — the building carries a sign reading '응급실' (eung-geubsil, 'Emergency Room' in Korean), and patients' dialogue treats the hospital as the subject of local myths with a creepy, eerie vibe.
Location unlocks track the game's shift progression — each area below shows the shift it opens on. Once you know the map, the getting started guide and classes list are the next things worth reading before your first run.
The layout below is loosely linear: you spawn in the Lobby, move through Check-in for every patient that walks up, and route them into either the Medical Wing or, once it unlocks, the Emergency Wing. The Supplies Shop sits off to the side as an optional stop, not something you pass through by default.
Lobby
Player spawn areaWhere players spawn when entering the experience. Classes and their Skins are bought here for Animal Coins at a truck marked 'Classes' on the left side of the Lobby.
- The Lobby Bunny and Lobby Cat can be found and interacted with only in the Lobby
- Two signs show the number of patients you have treated and your highest shift
- An anomaly version of Dr. Harlow can be seen in one of the hospital's exterior windows
Check-in
Available from the startThe room where players spawn once the game finishes loading — the check-in window is where patients are inspected, admitted, or rejected, and where the TV switches to news coverage before an Ambulance Event.
Medical Wing
Shift 1A set of five identical treatment rooms (Rooms 1-5) marked with blue stripes on the walls, unlocked at Shift 1.
- Room 1 has a poster reading 'Your health is important to us'; Room 2's poster reads 'We trust our professionals'
- Two bins are located in this wing
Emergency Wing
Shift 3The red-striped wing holding Rooms 6-8, each with a different role, unlocked near the start of the game (Shift 3). Its bins are located in Room 8.
Room 6 — X-Ray Room
diagnosis requires a Simon-says mini-game, copying a flashed sequence of 4 colors; a wrong input generates a new sequence
Room 7 — Heart Monitor Room
diagnosis requires clicking the correct buttons to raise the patient's heart rate to 100%; red skull buttons lower it without killing the patient
Room 8 — Surgery Room
a timed 45-second mini-game of randomized treatments that starts after giving an IV Drop — four single-item turns, then three items on the fifth. Exclusive treatments: Transplant, Organ, Scalpel, Scissors, Antibiotics
Rooms 6-8's mini-games run alongside the normal diagnose-and-treat loop — see the treatments page for what to give a patient once diagnosis finishes.
Supplies Shop
Shift 3Opened by Dr. Harlow after the third shift and run by the Shopkeeper Nurse. Three random items go on sale at the start of each shift for a 3-minute window; each item can be bought once per shift, and a reroll of the stock costs 6 Robux.
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Speed Boost (30s) | $75 |
| Taser, 1 use | $150 |
| Sanity-recovery tea (2-4 Sanity per 2s for 30s) | $100 |
| Deployable security camera | $600 |
| Anomaly scanner, 1 use | $150 |
| Taser, 5 uses | $250 |
| Teddy Bear (revive 1 dead player, can't use on self) | $1000 |
Rerolling the shop's stock costs 6 Robux if none of the three items on offer are worth the Animal Coins. See the full items list for what every purchasable item does outside the shop.
Reading the Map as a New Player
None of these locations require memorizing on your first run — the game unlocks them for you in order, and Dr. Harlow announces each new area as it opens. What's worth remembering going in is which rooms have a mini-game attached (6, 7, and 8) versus which are just a bed and a symptom to match against the treatments chart, since that changes how much time you'll need to budget per patient once the Emergency Wing opens on Shift 3.
