All Animal Hospital Roblox Classes

Animal Hospital (Anomaly) gives every player a class to pick before a shift starts, and each class changes your starting sanity, starting inventory, or entire starter kit.

The Fandom wiki documents 11 class and class-adjacent entries in total. Ten are genuinely playable:

• Intern is the free default every new player starts with.
• Seven more — Doctor, Nurse, Paramedic, Psychologist, Surgeon, Secretary, and Security — are purchased with in-game Animal Coins earned by playing.
• Two — Head Nurse and Secret Agent — are Robux-exclusive, meaning a real-money purchase is the only documented way to unlock them.

Costs on the Coins side range from Nurse's 20 Animal Coins up to Surgeon's 2,500 Animal Coins; on the Robux side, prices run from roughly 80 up to 890 Robux depending on regional pricing.

Every class levels up independently to Level 3, unlocking a stronger version of its starting perk — Doctor's per-patient sanity recovery scales up at each level, for example, and Security's starting X-Taser eventually regenerates a charge every round.

The eleventh entry, Shopkeeper Nurse, is included on this page for completeness even though she isn't a class at all.

The wiki documents her as an NPC who runs the Supplies Shop starting Shift 3, not as a selectable class, and her page notes that her in-game model reuses the older Nurse class's appearance.
