Secret Agent

One of only two Robux-exclusive classes (alongside Head Nurse). Combat/detection-oriented class well suited to dealing with Anomalies and Monsters; a strong Sanity-based class due to upgrades and sanity gain from preventing anomalies. Originally surfaced during anomalies.json collection (wiki page uses a Class Infobox, not a character/enemy template), now added here instead per team-lead direction.

Secret Agent is one of only two Robux-exclusive classes in Animal Hospital (Anomaly) (alongside Head Nurse), priced at 890 Robux, though regional pricing has been observed as low as 360 Robux or as high as 850 Robux. It's a combat and detection class well suited to dealing with anomalies directly: it starts with a Gun (20 uses) and a multi-use Scanner, plus +2 carry capacity. At Level 3, killing anomalies with the gun grants bonus sanity and cash, making it a strong sanity-positive class when played aggressively against anomalies.

Abilities & Playstyle

Lv.1: Start with a Gun (20 uses) and a multi-use Scanner. +2 carry capacity.
Lv.2: Gun has 24 uses and regenerates 1 use each round.
Lv.3: Killing anomalies with the gun grants +4 sanity and +5 cash.

Tips & Strategy

The starting Scanner lets you actively check patients for anomaly status rather than waiting for behavioral tells, which pairs well with the starting Gun for a proactive playstyle.
At Level 3, killing anomalies with the gun grants +4 sanity and +5 cash, turning combat into a net sanity gain rather than just a defensive tool.
Level 2 extends the Gun to 24 uses and adds regeneration of 1 use per round, so you're less likely to run dry mid-shift.
It's a Robux purchase (890 Robux, regionally 360-850), so weigh the cost against how much combat-heavy play you plan to do.
