Taser is a combat tool in Animal Hospital (Anomaly) that instantly incapacitates a hostile entity like a Shapeshifter when used on it — it's consumed on use with a 180-second cooldown before a new one becomes available, and higher-use variants exist for purchase.

It comes free as a starter item for the Security class, or can be bought for $150 in the Supplies Shop ($250 for a multi-use variant). The free pickup near the shop becomes available at Shift 4.

Tips & Strategy

Use it to instantly incapacitate anomalies you can safely approach — it's one of the fastest documented counters to threats like the Mimic/Shapeshifter.
It's consumed on use, with a 180-second cooldown before you get a new one, so don't burn it on low-priority targets.
Security class players start with 5 uses for free, which regenerate at Level 3 — a strong reason to lean on Taser specifically on that class.
