How this tool works

This index is built from 12 items whose wiki entry lists a specific symptom or disease it cures — items with no documented cure use (Coffee, Chocolate, Mint Tea, Run Fast Cola, the Scanner, Taser, Gun, Deployable Camera, Fire Extinguisher) are deliberately left out of the symptom list, since including them would imply a treatment relationship the wiki doesn't document. Where one item cures more than one symptom (Bandages treat both Bleeding and Surgery; Maple Syrup is the only item that cures two different illnesses, Low Sugar and "Canadian"), it appears under each symptom it's listed for. Where one symptom has multiple valid items (five different items are used in Room 8 Surgery), all of them are listed together.

Type a symptom name, disease name, or item name into the search box, or use the dropdown to jump straight to a symptom — both filter the same list below, so you can use whichever is faster. Every entry shows the item's exact effect text as documented on the Animal Hospital Wiki, plus any extra usage note (for example, Eyedrops also calms the Mass of Eyes enemy and defuses Death Ritual candles without a sanity cost, on top of curing Dried Eyes).

This tool only covers treatment-symptom pairs; it doesn't identify anomalies. If you're trying to figure out whether a patient is an anomaly from what you've observed, use the Anomaly Checker instead. All data is inlined into this page at build time — there's no live lookup, so it keeps working with the page saved offline.
